IV Infusions
Patients receive a pre-operative infusion loaded with vitamins and nutrients to help them get through their surgery and assist in wound healing.
Patients will then receive a post-operative infusion to help with pain, lethargy, and aid in their recovery.
Laser Therapy
Patients receive two class-IV laser treatments which has been showed to reduce swelling, decrease pain, and aid in recovery from joint replacement surgery.

Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Courtney is a distinguished orthopedic surgeon, graduating with Honors from the University of Miami and attending the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel. He completed his residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York and further refined his expertise at the ISK Institute in Lenox Hill Hospital. Now based in Boca Raton, he is a partner at Orthopaedic Surgery Associates, serves as the Vice-Chief of Orthopaedic Surgery at Boca Raton Regional Hospital, and is a Clinical Affiliate Associate Professor of Surgery at Florida Atlantic University. Dr. Courtney is a sought-after speaker on hip and knee replacement and has contributed to the design of innovative replacement technologies used globally.
